Let the high energy, talented women over the age of 60 entertain you with dance, song, piano and other talents. Music from musicals, big band and other popular songs. Group dances, solos and the famous tambourine dance will conclude the showcases. Join us as we entertain you.

Hyped Hula Hooping

Get ready to work and wiggle those hips in this core strengthening hula hoop class! Learn the secrets of serious core control and body coordination as you tone your abs and burn calories in this high energy, but low impact workout. You'll feel the burn in your legs, bum and tummy with these full body movements set to upbeat music, but it's so much fun you won’t even realize you are exercising!

Pound is a way to channel your inner rockstar with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Chair Dance Fitness

Burn calories and dance off the pounds with this cardio intensive and flirtatious fitness style! This class will teach you to twirl, sweat and feel fabulous doing it! With a mix of fun and easy to learn choreography movements we sit, spin, and manipulate ourselves around the chair as we dance. You'll never look at a kitchen chair the same again!

Since 2005, St. Louis-based Arch Rival Roller Derby has entertained thousands of fans with their eight-wheeled mayhem. They are currently ranked fourth globally by the Women's Flat Track Derby Association. Today, you get a chance to see the perform and execute moves that gives them the competitive edge. Please welcome Arch Rival Roller Derby!

Groove

GROOVE is an authentic dance experience! Where we have unity on the dance floor but also move unique. It has 2 to 3 simple moves per song and is easy to follow. If you can walk you can Groove. We will demonstrate how Groove is different than any other dance class out there and that anyone can do it.

Modern Belly Dance

Join us for this fusion workout that combines modern dance moves with slow, snakey arm movements, serpentine-like belly undulations, hand ripples and waves, mesmerizing hip circles, and of course the iconic shoulder shimmy! This class will give you a basic understanding of belly dance technique, posturing, language, move execution and will help you to build a body full of strength with curves.

Kokondo Karate is a dynamic self-defense system which adheres to older martial arts traditions. Kokondo is a non-competitive combative art. The emphasis of self-defense creates a system of training not for Sport but for defense. We will demo how size is not what makes you effective but it is learning the skill so anyone can do Kokondo. Also we will show what makes us different than other self defense classes and that we are not just a workout but a skill that could save your life someday.

Barre for all bodies is a low impact yet challenging class based on ballet techniques but not a dance class. It focuses on toning, core, and balance. Great class for any fitness level. We will demo different techniques, why Barre is such a great workout, and why it is one of our most popular classes.

Aerial Hoop

In this class you can learn the moves and transitions to bend and twist your body gracefully around this circle in the sky. In beginners Aerial Hoop class we will focus on the basics of aerial bar work. You will learn how to steer the lyra, body positioning, balance, and conditioning moves that will allow you to properly execute moves with grace and style (neither of which you need to join in). Level 1 class focuses on movements and poses beneath the bar and inside the hoop.

Damsel in Defense

Join our safety trainers for 20 safety tips in 20 minutes. You will leave with basic safety knowledge, situational awareness, and with a few basic self defense techniques. Don't be a victim! We can teach you how not to be!

PoleBarre

Combining fitness elements of pole dancing fitness and ballet training, in this full body class you’ll be guided through the fundamentals of ballet technique in a welcoming, lighthearted environment. We laugh and sweat our way through a classical ballet barre, gentle stretching, and build on our progress with movement across the floor. Dance Conditioning will incorporate progressive Ballet techniques including a method of working with balls and therabands to help students in improving core stability and alignment.

The Cirque Workout

Our circus arts inspired class gets you fit and flying with some full body aerial fitness conditioning for balance, flexibility, coordination, and strength. This class is for anyone wanting to get a good grip on a unique and interesting way to work out. Fitness will teach you poise, strength, body movement awareness, form, and technique though working on the ground and in the air. Students will go through a variety of activities to help build on fundamental skills through active flexibility, body coordination exercises and strength building moves.

The St. Louis Strutters are a high kicking, fast tapping group of volunteer Senior women who perform precision tap dances showcasing the rich history of skill and dedication to their talents.

They perform to a variety of professionally choreographed routines and use all genres of music. All proceeds from their performances are directed to charity.
