Inclusion Policy

At our recent public focus group, we created the following policy for inclusion and equity.

Gerico Marketing Services Incorporated and its employees and participants have the responsibility to treat others with dignity and respect at all times. We welcome all members of our community, regardless of religious or political beliefs, age, physical or intellectual  ability, background or heritage, race, sexual orientation, or gender identity. It is vital that we allow everyone to have a seat at our table and be able to participate fully. We expect everyone who enters our doors to act with tolerance and decorum. Alternate viewpoints are welcome, discussions are welcome; displays of intolerance, aggression, threats and violence are not allowed, and Gerico Marketing Services Incorporated reserves the right to determine appropriate actions to address the situation.
