Have you had a booth at the show before?

Each Space Includes

  1. 8’ tall rear draping

  2. 3’ tall side draping

  3. Carpeting

  4. Exhibit ID Sign: 

  5. Five Exhibitor Badges (available at check-in)

  6. 4 Complimentary tickets for clients (available at check-in)

  7. Free listing for your booth in show program and show website. Inclusion in these will take place if payment of booth is completed by February 9, 2023

  8. The show does not provide tables and chairs as part of your booth. You can bring your own tables and chairs (tables must be skirted to the floor). If you need to rent tables or chairs, please see below...

  9. The Show now manages the provision of electricity, wifi, tables or chairs, or other utilities. If you have questions, please contact Exhibitor Services Manager Cindy Kessler at 636-626-2717 or cindy@wwssonline for more information on these items. You may select these items from the list below and we will contact you to get details.

Please indicate if your booth will require the one or more of the following. We will contact you to work out the details and give you a total before your application is complete. If you're not sure, you can still check any of these boxes and then you may add or change items or totals when we contact you to confirm. (This will not be final until your contract is issued.)

Next Steps:

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a payment link once your application is approved. Your 50% Deposit is due then.

  • You will then receive a contract via the online signature system DocuSign in the fall.

  • Full balance is due by December 31, 2024.

  • Applications submitted after December 31, 2024 are due in full with your application approval.

  • If your application is denied because of brand conflict or because it violates our terms and conditions, you will be notified via email.

  • Exhibitors may bring their own tables and chairs.

Exhibitor Needs:

  • To make things easier, electricity, tables, chairs & wifi are all now directly handled by show management.

  • To order any of these services or products.

Terms of Payment:

  • After December 31, 2024 payment in full is due immediately upon approval of your application.

  • Checks will not be accepted after January 31, 2025.

  • No refunds of deposit or other payments will be made.

Maker's Market Guidelines: 

  • All items must be handmade and will be subject to the jurying process to be approved. 

  • Once we have received your application, you will be contacted with instructions for additional steps.

  • You will pay for your booth when your application is approved.
