Join us for 25 minutes of demonstrations and safety tips from our Damsel in Defense Safety Trainers. We will give you some practical tips to help keep you safe and show you how to use non-lethal forms of weapons such as pepper sprays and striking tools. You will leave feeling more educated and empowered to take control over your own safety

Let’s dance! In these intense African style dances students will gain rhythm, strength, and stamina. Dive into African culture through these traditional dances and choreography! African Dance has transformed over the years along with African Music. A lot of the moves we will teach you has already transcended into modern day dance.

It’s Show Time! Burlesque is all about expressing yourself, and now this empowering art form has now become one of our hottest fitness classes! Absolute Martial Arts Fitness and Self Defense Demonstration

In 25 minutes, we will be teaching practical self defense moves that are quick to learn and remember. We will also be doing stress relieving punch and kick combinations with high energy. Lastly, our calisthenic workout will surely get the hearts pumping and bodies sweating, with everyone ending with a great smile!

Dance like the ocean breeze through flowing and fluid waves of movement. Belly dancing is such a controlled method movement, you'll learn how to control every muscle in your arms, shoulder, and most of all stomach! Here's your chance to find out how roller derby can improve your physical fitness, build lasting interpersonal relationships and even net you stardom in front of both local and global audiences.
